I am curious to know what everyone's set up is and how it is working for them.

Mine:
Reflex Rampage 68#'s at 29" shooting a 28.25" 405 grain Carbon Express arrow (I have a few different ones) at 275 FPS. I am using a 125 grain point (Still need to get some broadhead's)

Not fast compared to some of the new bows but I like it and hope to kill a turkey this spring, a buck in August and maybe even an WY antelope.

What is your set up?

Sounds like a lethal combo you have there. Good luck with the turkeys and speed goats.

I picked up a new Elite Answer this year and have been impressed with it thus far. I'm shooting an Easton Axis 340 with 125gr Slick Trick Standards with a total weight of 442gr. I chrono'd this setup at 271fps with a 70# draw weight and a 28.5" DL.

I may make it out for spring turkey in NE, but this rig will be used primarily for elk and mulies in CO.

I'm shooting a Bowtech Guardian, Spott-Hogg wrapped 5-pin Hogg-it, QAD Ultra, Alpine Soft-Loc quiver, white wrapped Easton arrows, Slick Trick 125gr heads and Summit Viper Climber.

How do you like the 125 ST's?

It is between those or ThunderHead's.

I shoot an '03 Hoyt Ultratec Cam and 1/2 - 60# @ 29" with Beeman ICS hunter 400s and Muzzy 90 grain broadheads. I've killed 3 Bull elk, 3 Buck pronghorns, several deer and misc critters as well as shot it for indoor targets with a best of 300 59X. Great all around bow, but It has pretty much sat in the basement since I have taken up Traditional.

I've gone old school-ish. I'm shooting a custom recurve made from birdseye maple. The limbs of course are glassed. 125 Magnus two blade broad heads on cedar shafts with red turkey fletchings. No sights shooting off the shelf with a piece of seal skin. Three finger draw, one up two down with or without a glove. B50 flemish twist string, none of that fast flight stuff. It currently has a leather quiver but I'm considering a scabbard style. Kind of the opposite end of the spectrum but I thought I would throw my change in. And, it kills as well as my Matthews Q2XL did running carbons and 125 thunderheads.

I use a Mathews Heli-M. I just got it about a month ago, a very nice bow. I had used a Hoyt Trykon a few years ago, but once holding the Mathews, I soon wanted one. The first was a Drenalin, then the Z-7 and then this Heli-M. I have shot several deer with the Mathews bows, but the only Pope and Young deer I got was with the Hoyt.

This Heli-M weighs in at just 4.1 pounds with the sight and arrow rest installed, 3.5 bare bow. It shoots a 375 grain arrow at 280 FPS, set at 65# and with a 28 inch draw. IBO ratings are from Arkansas, I don't know where thy come up with those numbers...

Very nice, Shrapnel.

What is the sight on it? Do you like the lighted up pins? I want to find one for my TR Punisher.

It is a Montana Black Gold sight with illuminated fiber optics. The sight has a place that a lighting device can be mounted, which then has 3 intensity settings for use in low light.

I was going to start researching a bit more when the season is a bit closer. All I know is there is 100% success rate in three days, sounds good to me.

No OTC tags, just leftovers after the draw if you can't commit now.
