I haven't replied because I may never return.... BUT they are fools if they think that they can't fill 30 some places the first year. It'll be waiting in line. And for me, I'd not even need paved-- if it was packed gravel it would be just fine.... Their stupidity never ceases to amaze me at Perry. And just a few years back this could never happen due to sanitary sewer issues....
I certainly hope it happens. And it could house 100 RVs and probably still have folks lined up waiting.
