I seem to recall a discussion some time ago about the new hardtop Jeep Wranglers leaking. According to some, it's a real problem.
I just came back from Kaui. While there, we had rain on the order of 35 inches in less than a week. At times, it came down in winds up to 35 mph at a rate of 2-3 inches per hour.
The 2012 Jeep Wrangler I rented didn't leak a drop. It had over 6600 miles on it, and was very impressive. E

I bought a 2012 wrangler unlimited a month ago. It doesn't leak even when I take it to the car wash. It seems to be raining every other day here in pa. The one thing the dealer said when I bought it was that the doors would be hard to close because they made everything tighter. Seems to be working.

I believe you. The really cool thing about Jeeps is you can remove the tops, and the doors. Then, if you really want it opened up, you can even fold down the windshield.
To a hunter, this increase in visibility is really helpful. Many a time I've driven past something only to catch a track or a standing animal out of the edge of my vision due to this open nature of my Jeep. Really want a new one. E
