Does anyone know how much the factory stock on a 700 sps weighs? Or does someone with a factory stock also have a good scale and can weigh theirs? I'm wondering how much weight could be saved with a better stock.

Specifically curious about the short action...

The factory short action black plastic BDL style sps stock I have here weights exactly 1 lb 14.3 ozs. This is within 1 oz of what the standard fill McMillans I have wieght but a bunch of weight could be saved going to an edge fill McMillan (around 10 - 12 ozs).

My long action B&C Alaskan Ti stock (full aluminum bedding block) weighed about 1 oz more than the factory stock I replaced it with.

Can't recall the weight though
