Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has used Win 780. I remember reading an article in Handloader about its use in the 30.06. Of course thats all i remember about it. The reloading manuals i have don't list any loads that use this powder. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Here ya go,,,,,,,,,,,,,www.hodgdon.com

Under the 30-06 loading data, you`ll find Win 780 listed for a 180, a 190 and 220 gr bullet weights.

For lighter than 180 gr bullets, I`d stick with the faster burners listed by Hodgdon.

Hodgdon has data for it on their website.

I would think its a bit on the slow side for an '06. More of a magnum ball powder it seems. I load it in my .270 and .243

My .243 Vanguard loves the stuff with the 95 and 100gr bullets.

I've used it in the .264 and got some good velocities.
