A thought to consider. Deer will be pushed out of fire area. The sheepsheads will probably gain some of the troutcreek deer, also the pueblos will gain some deer. The big flat east of fields may be an area to hold deer. Deer that move into the sheepsheads might cross into the steens but it would be a very limited number. Any green area on the ranches will probably have most of the deer come deer season.

The anti American Constitutional party (Democrat). Wants to dismantle your rights, limiting every aspect of your constitutional rights. Death by 1000 cuts is the tactic. Each cut bleeds constitutional rights to control you. Control is the goal.

I recommend you take the time to make a scouting trip to the east side of the Steens. Go to Fields, the back north past the entrance to the Alvord Ranch and look for a road that go back west. The east side is steep with big canyons and lot of deer. Hike starting about two hours before daylight, find a place to glass and stay there. Move only when in the shade. Glass, glass and glass some more looking under every tree and bush.
