I bought this this last year and just don't use it. It's in my pack, but I reach for my Surefire first and haven't used the green light like I thought I might. It has slight wear on the tail cap. Otherwise, it's in excellent, almost like new condition. I've probably turned it on less than a dozen times. I don't have the packaging or instructions.
