I haven't used my Remington Model 700ml for three deer seasons. I'm planning on breaking it out this year and going after an early season buck. I began muzzleloading 15 years ago with a Thompson Center Hawken rifle using round balls. I then went to Hornady Great Plains bullets and finally four years ago to sabots. I used a sabot that shot a XTP bullet and had fairly good accuracy. It knocked down a whitetail buck with no problem, but both the balls and Great Plains bullets did the same in previous years.

<br>Now to my question, do any of you fellas have any opinions on which sabots shot best, accuracy wise and terminal wise? I plan on buying 4 or 5 different sabots this summer and seeing which one shoots best out of my Remington. Any input will help me narrow down a rather large field of sabot offerings. Thanks
