For sale: Factory Contender 10" high gloss Blue 6.5 TCU factory barrel that is drilled and tapped for front and rear sites but I don't have either. It is in great shape with light frame marks, couple very light scratches, excellent bore. I have another 6.5 TCU in a longer barrel and don't need them both. $155 shipped in the lower 48. Prefer Postal Money Order.
I would entertain trades on pistol barrels 14"+ or rifle barrels (either Contender or Encore) that I don't already have. I could add $$ for the right trade.

Bump for you though.

12 or 12.5 be my tasted, but between factory the 10 handles best, still a good 150 yd deer rig, NICE ctg. had a 10, little milder than a 7TCU in recoil.

Not to pirate your thread,but I've got a set of dies in 6.5TCU I'd sell right if that helps you sell your barrel.

I just don't want to have to pick up another forend for my gun to make it work.

MBK what contender barrels do you need? You say you want stuff you don't already have.

I am slowly getting rid of my 10" barrels in favor of longer barrels as I find replacements in the same calibers (not hunting anymore just shooting from the bench). Thus I have a wazoo of spare 10" forends. I would throw in a nice one with the 6.5 for an extra $15.

I have a pretty fair selection of Contender pistol barrels, but the quick wants I can think of would be in 14": 218 Bee, 45 Colt only (then there would be a 10" 45 Colt only up for sale or trade), maybe a 14" 45-410, or a possibly a 6.8. Rifle barrels I am pretty open. All I have in carbine lengths are a 7TCU and 30/30. I am setting up the carbines for the grandkids to get started on. Again, I am not opposed to adding a few bucks for the right trade. I can PM you my list of current barrels if you want to look for holes you might be able to fill.

Feel free to post the price of your dies if you want. I have a 14" barrel in the same caliber so I need to keep my dies.
