big brother should slap the chit out of him, so I take it hes not 16 then I think its highly unlikely that there is anyone else involved, not matter what the person tells you. He wants us to write it off as a wayward kid, but this guy is a 30-something year old man and a seasoned criminal. I'm sure he's been tracked down before and wiggled his way out with "I'm just a dumb kid" act that helped him avoid further prosecution. This is not his first rodeo. Don't fall for it. IMHO, its worth losing some $$ to get this guy arrested and convicted. +1,000,000,000,000 +1,000,000,000,001 Great to see this guy with his a$$ hanging out for all to see. Let's hope this curtails this $h!t here in the future. It should be required reading for new posters/seller/buyers here.

What still kinda surprises me is that the dickweed even bothered to send Anthony a scope at all. Did he really think he might be fooled by a Nitrex scope in a Nightforce box? Makes me laugh. I'm sure it was a honest mistake... just got some boxes mixed up.

When you send a message to someone on FB who is not already your friend, it goes into a mailbox marked "other" that most people don't know they even have, and never check. Unless he sent the message attached to a friend request..

After a long conversation with an Investigator of the Bastrop Sheriff's Department this morning I was told that there is NOTHING that they can do in this matter and I would have to contact an attorney and file a Civil Lawsuit... Sad indeed...
I'm surprised at this. Try your local Postmaster General as this was done by USPS correct? They may investigate based on Federal Mail Fraud

Need to contact the postmaster in you area, any scam that goes through the postal service is a Federal matter and they will investigate. No they won't. Quit making up idiotic bullshit.
