today marks the first day of "my" fishing season. deer hunting ended with a bang yesterday at 10 am. my best friend I grew up with came out hunting for a weekend. he got 2 and I got 2 finishing out my season. had an awesome time, even managed to stumble on a couple tom turkeys that volunteered to ride home with us and reside in a freezer. overall it was a great time, relaxed and laid back. this is the first time he and I hunted together since we graduated high school in '98, relived many hunts and times I had forgotten about. we decided to make this an annual event.

Great pictures, Dave.

Dusty looks like a happy camper being back out on the ice.

Dave, is that the new honda 4 stroke from strikemaster? Paul said my electric worked good but caught right at the bottom of the ice. I had that same problem with my gas strikemaster and they sent me a new set of blades that weren't made in china. quite a difference.

318 mopar & a 727 auto. They originally came with a flathead 6 & 3spd manual.

I bought it with the engine upgrade already done. The sound of straight pipes right out the back would be worth the trouble of a swap all by itself! The extra power is very nice in the deeper powder.

That is a beautiful table man! I love that massive top.

BTW, I was going to ask, how did KSTP know to contact you about your wolf? I always wonder how these news folks find their "real people".

Pretty cool woodwork. I wish I was that good. I have a king sized bed in my shop that is almost done. Doesn't have half the class of that table.

AWESOME! Fluffy. I love the leg supports and how the legs go through them, or they at least look like they do. The thick massive top is great too.

I'd never make a detective....

I'd be interested to see the other projects you are making as they get done. Pretty cool stuff. I'm just an amateur hack with a forest worth of lumber.

Sure ya can Brent just a bunch of cross refrencing, elimination, and thinking outside of the box. Your analytical and could easily sum up the evidence before and identify what should or shouldn't be there.
