Now I know why Dr. James Brown (organic gardening) at Auburn Univ. said to never put meat/people food etc in a compost pile!! Critters! A couple of weeks of buttermilk and sweet potatoes would make that grinner a good meal, but you gotta cut that tree climbing pup loose!!

i only put vegetable/fruit peelings, coffe grounds/filters, egg shells, and lawn/leaf trimmings in my compost pile. i have a good bit of earthworms working it. i did turn both of them loose, the fox about 12 miles from my home.
