How long is the barrel?

Thanks, and I agree on cartridge. Have just decided to get away from the magnums for now.



Barrel with break to receiver = 27 1/4"
Barrel without break from threads to receiver = 25 1/4"
Contour = Rem Varmit........830" at barrel end and 1.25" at receiver.

McMillan is Classic Hunter I believe.
Stock is pillared as well as bedded.

Gun weighs 11.8 pounds as best I can tell with bathroom scales as it sits with the Zeiss 6.5-20X50mm for those that asked.

With that said, I've sold some of the components.



Working on a trade for the primers. I was wrong on the open prepped brass. I have 60 pieces. The rest of the stuff: dies, fired brass, and opened Noslers will stay with the gun as a package unless the gun sells and the buyer doesn't want it.




bennylarry, really wanting the cash for another build. However, I've been looking for a STI Ranger II pistol and want to build a custom 6.5-X47. I might would trade for a beat up .308 + cash to rob the action for a build. I'm actually coming to MS to turkey hunt next weekend. I'll drive I-20 thru Jackson then Hwy 18 South to Bay Springs. If you are along the route, I don't mind packing the gun for you to see in person. Only problem is if you decide to buy we have to go thru an FFL since I cross state lines.
