I cannot believe it, but it is already been a year to the day that my wife Linda died. The outpouring of prayer, faith and friendship from the members of this site, (most of whom I have never even spoken to), is still remarkable to me. I just wanted to let you all know that you are perhaps the most remarkable group of people I have ever almost met in my life. Your thoughts, prayers and friendship will not be forgotten. On this very sad day for me and my family we thank you all so much. God bless!

Amazing how time can fly in situations like this. But it sure makes it easier to have folks that care about ya and your family.
This sight has an above average number of folks like that, IMHO.

Can't imagine the pain of losing one's spouse. So sorry you lost your beloved Linda. Praying the good Lord will comfort you and give you the strength to go on without her.

Peace... each holiday, birthday and even death day is another step... the first year is the hardest.
Yesterday would have been my son's 31st birthday... it doesn't get easier, just farther from the experience...and closer to reuniting.
