That is Georges Rick. It is one of the smoothest designs and it is off of his original pattern that I was given.

A BIG Thank You to Mike for the below. I missed this knife about a month ago when Vince sold one just like it. Mike reached out and offered to make one for me, which was awesome as it was a Christmas present for my dad. The knife turned out amazing, dad loved it - couldn't believe how sharp it was and really dug the handle.
