Sheath is as important as the knife. I would get L parson to copy the style and not have to worry it going thru and stricken me in the buttocks. Larry starts with the very best and splits down so you get a firm!!! tight grain. More than likely last the tools life.

Rick, thank you. That's next on the list now. The knife deserves an excellent sheath and I appreciate the reference.

Bob Loveless made his own sheaths. in his book he tells you how to do it. He had a straight stitcher to sew them up.

Mike a saw in a book unless I am mistaken at one point somebody in Arkansas made some sheaths for him. Know that I think about it Layton made some sheaths for him but it could have been something special order.
