I fell into a Remington-Keene action and bolt. What are the odds of ever finding the rest of the action parts? The bolt is complete, the action stripped.

Slim-to-none. But, stranger things have happened. Have you talked to Numrich? Get a helpful clerk on the phone who's willing to go dig deep in the warehouse. They have old obsolete stuff even they don't know they have. Also try S&S Arms[?]- they have a huge inventory of antique junk.Otherwise you have a looong arduous search ahead of you. May be worth it-they were neat rifles.
Have you queried over on the Remington collectors web site?

Found the whole action in different bins. No mag tube, barrel or wood. Receiver is marked 45-70.
