All right now fellas, JJhack, Huntingman and all the other regulars who like to mount a big bore to their shoulder, squeeze the trigger and hear and feel the big boom.

It has been a long and hot and extremely dry summer here in the midwest. The rains never came and those that did made it too late to do much good for the farmers. The harvest season, as well as the hunting season is just around the corner.

Now forget about the recent poatal match. Eventhough it is a very challaneging and ingenious endeavor. No disrespect to its' originator, ole "QUICK ON THE TRIGGER" Uncle Bill. But if you really want to find out how much hair you have on your cahoonies, than I suggest that you drop ole " Uncle Bill" a note and find out about them wild hogs in the PANAMA BOTTOMS.

The cover is as thick as an overgrown pasture full of Mesquite and Prickly Pear Cactus, and the hogs are as big and as mean as you will find anywhere on the planet.

The hunting is all done via spot and stalk with Uncle Bill as your PH and ROSCO as your tracker. A finer combination, never been put together.

These guys will get you so close to those big hogs that you'll be able to smell them "sweat" and hear them breath, before they charge at very close quarters. You'll have to pick your spot and make your shot true as you will only have time to get off one, perhaps two for those of you who shoot double rifles. With little or no margin for error in shot placement.

However, never fear nor frett, for "OLE QUICK ON THE TRIGGER, UNCLE BILL" will be by your side to back you with his 416 Rigby should you fail.

If your hold is true and your shot placement is correct you will have many memories and stories to pass on to your future generations, about how you stood side by side with Uncle Bill and faced down a charge in the PANAMA BOTTOMS.

If you jerk that trigger instead of a steady squeeze
and your shot lands away as you drop to your knees,

and GOD forbid that Uncle Bill is slow on the trigger to stave off the charge,

than the hogs in the " BOTTOMS" will live on at large.
