My experience is limited to 2 elk and 1 black bear. Both elk took 1 shot each (roughly 120 yards and 30 yards) The 30 yard shot was head on and the bullet almost traveled the length of the body. Recovered in hind quarter mostly in tacked. All were 180 grain with a 300 wsm and the elk dropped when hit. Very pleased with results on two mature animals.
The bear was shot broad side at about 60 yards (180 grain 300 wsm)and than ran towards us (we were between it and the woods). A second shot with a 180 grain ttsx barnes (my brothers 300 win) put it down. Both shots were within a couple of inches of each other and right behind the shoulder. It was a large bear (19 5/8 and 6'10''). For whatever it is worth the ttsx looked to do a little more damage but both bullets would be a great choice.
Used it on a couple of whitetails with good results but I think it is over kill and have since moved back to a 30-06 with 165 Hornady sst.
I don't have a lot of experience but it seems like a very fine bullet.

I've used one 180 from a .30-06 to kill a bull elk--which happened to be my biggest-antlered bull, and it also had as big a body as any I've taken. Range was 250 yards, the bull quartering away, and I aimed for opposite shoulder. At the thump of the bullet the bull froze up and just stood there, obviously very hard hit, then stook a few very slow steps and stopped again broadside. I put another just behind the shoulder that tipped him over. Both went on through and did a lot of damage.

.308, 165, P308TT4. One Mule deer @ 153yds, Standing still slightly quartering away. In behind the left shoulder and out the opposite shoulder. DRT, but only an example of one.

I've shot multiple bull elk, buck deer, and antelope with the bullet in a .308 and a .300 Win over the last three years.
Very good results. Penetration and weight retention were very good. An excellent bullet.

I saw a black bear shot with a 338 with TB bullets and the animal actually was pushed back a foot. HE was walking towards us and took a shot in the chest at about 110 yards. it pushed the bear back and he fell with all 4 paws facing forward.
Another time an elk took a hit with the same rifle. Chest shot and you could clearly see that it shook its body back. pretty crazy. Very impressed, and I have taken game with all sorts of bullets. I think the Nosler AB mimics this very well, but somehow the TB has this shock effect that just amazes me every time i see something get hit with it. Long range bullet? Not so much, but a great game taker.
