After shoulder surgery, I've decided to move my SP-10 10 ga. shotgun. It's in 99% condition. has 30" bbl and three factory choke tubes. It weighs 10.5 pounds and swings through very well. Until the shoulder issue, it was a keeper. It's a great goose and LR duck gun. With its weight, it kicks less than 3.5" 12 ga. guns.
These guns sell for around $750 or so. I would like another 28 ga. I've looked at the Franchi 28 AL Deluxe and would consider good 28 ga guns in trade.

Those are an improved Ithaca 10 ga, as Remington bought that design and from that platform developed this gun. I've read that the SP-10 is the best 10 ga. auto ever. I believe it.
It really swings well and is a pleasure to shoot.

Blue Book shows the SP-10 @ 100% condition, listed at $1,400. Those guns don't seem to be selling that high from what I'm seeing. About the highest I've seen on line has been around $1,000+ at Cabelas and places like that. Some go from $750-800, but those may not be in pristine condition.
So, I think I'm making someone an attractive deal at $750 plus shipping, as this one is pretty close to pristine. Shipping could run $50 or so on a heavy shotgun including ins. Would depend on how far it needs to travel.

Yeah, I hate to move it, as it's a real hammer.
With the surgery I've had on my shooting shoulder, I'm just going to have to adapt to smaller rounds. Traded my .404J for a 7x57 and I was real fond of that gun, too.
Oh well. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do...

$750 is a damn good deal on that gun! If I had the cash, it would already be headed to PA.
Oh, and believe it or not, deer bite. Fairly hard.
