I can't fault you that�..especially on the Mauser. Winchesters are great too, but I still haven't figured out why all the hoopla about pre-64s�( course Im shooting an 80s model push feed, which is skookum�. wink )

Have a Winchester Super Express .375 H&H PF that's been reliable and accurate.

Also had a Winchester M 70 in a .300 H&H PF back in the mid-90's and traded it for something else. That was a mistake. frown

I'm thinking my 7x57 ought to marry a .300 H&H. With those two in the safe, with a M52 sporter, what more could a man want? Other than a Model 12?
