Guys I have custom lightweight bolt action rifle in 6.5 Grendel. The action is a remington 799 mini Mauser action originally in 7.62x39. It has a 18 1/2" ABS carbon fiber barrel. They used satern blanks. It is in a McMillan edge stock. The rifle weighs just a hair over 5 pounds. I picked it up unfired from the guy who had it built as he was in med school. I have shot it exactly 18 times with some reloads. It looked to be a real shooter. The gun smithing was done by Danny pederson out of Prescott Az. He worked with frank wells for years. The barreled action was sent to McMillan for the stock in letting. This is the perfect light weight gun in a great caliber. Here in ohio we can't use rifles for deer hunting so I just don't have a real use for it. $1500 shipped to your ffl from an individual.
