Cooper recommends 35 lbs for front action screw and 25 lbs for rear action screw.
Make sure to tighten rear action screw first before tightening front action screw.
Any one has experience with the Coopers in this regard?
Mostly it seems tighten front action screw first.

For the few I have owned, I just used 30 in/lb on the front and rear action screws. I would tighten each gradually hand tight and then use the torque screw driver for the final bit. I usually start with the front one though. They are bedded, so it shouldn't require much torque and I don't think you could screw up anything by tightening the rear first or front first. Just my 2cents.
