What is your opinion on mounting a 50mm scope on a flat top 300Blackout upper? Can I get it up high enough to clear the scope without it being so high it's awkward to shoot? I got a Leupold 3-9 x50 European in a trade? What do u say? Thx, RH

AR's need to have there sight plane about 2.7" above the bore. That means there's plenty of room for a 50mm objective.

Yep, it will work without being awkward. I have had more than a few 50mm obj. scopes on AR's with no cheek weld issues.

Great scope . maybe a little more than you need, but if you already have it use it
