As to personalized plates, I always think that they would be a magnet for unwanted attention.
Not a real member - just an ordinary guy who appreciates being able to hang around and say something once in awhile.

Andrew- it appears to be an Illinausean plate, and in typical fashion, they didn't get the spelling quite right. The 'L' should be an 'F'.

love that car, shrapnel. I wish I'd never sold any of my GTO's. I'm restoring a '69 convertible (hopefully with the help of ND), and it will sport a plate honoring the breed.
25th anniversary present to the wife was a 2000 TA convertible, and it has personalized plate 'WS6 Y2K'
I don't have a problem with them, especially on cars worthy.
