Anyone know where I can find a 300 RUM LH in a CDL, AWR II, or a North American custom Rem.??? I have been watching GB for several weeks with no real luck. Super hard to find unfortunately. Looking for new, or real close to it.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks ejo. I have been looking at that one. I have sent questions about it with no response. So I am a little hesitant.

There has has been a very nice one in the fine gun room at the Cabelas store in Louisville. I believe it has a Swaro scope and has been marked down.

If used, barely. Very nice outfit.

Will a BDL suffice?

I have one and I love it (LH 700 300RUM), If you could do it all over again I would look at the Montana Rifle Company's line of rifles. So take a few minutes and check their stuff out. You might be suprised to see the how reasonable the price is. They are a better rifle in my humble opinion.

This my 300 RUM also have the same rifle in 338 RUM

CarolinaPanther, Thanks for the advise on the Montana Rifle Co. I called and talked with them. Nice folks. It would be 3+ months to order one. I have never owned a Mauser action before. I was hoping to have one in hand sooner if possible.

It looks like that one is a KS and not a bad price.

You may want to call the Gum Room at the Louisville Cabbalas. I think both the 300 and the 338 Ultra Mags were in there last week. The 338 Ultra is one of the new Mausers and the 300 Ultra is from the Remington Custom Shop. Both lefties.

Of, course they may have sold the 300 Ultra as it has been there for a while and has been marked down.

Had one, highly over rated. But wish I still did, so I could sell it to you for the price I let it go, not before deafening 2 of my hunting partners....

I generally like to contact the seller before I bid to ask questions. I'd hesitate to place a bid if he was not responding to my e-mails.
