Had a buddy at the USAMU build one to spec for me only I used an M3A Leupold for the optic. Damned heavy to be humping around even without kit. Shot great, but no better than another 308 I built that had a light Palma barrel on a surgeon RSR action.
When people face the possibility of freezing or starving there is little chance they are going to listen to unfounded claims of climate doomsday from a bunch of ultra-rich yacht sailing private jet-setting carbon-spewing hypocrite elites

yep.
No way I’ll go back to a heavy contour when something lighter works just as well.
Both had Palma 95 chambers.

yep.

Not too worried on the weight to be honest. I got plenty of light rifles.
