bit the bullet, and got a new knee on Friday 20th,have ha d a few setbacks and low and behold this seams worse than 15 months ago, age matters as well as physical condition.
I need some extra prayers to get through this..

I am with you man both the wife and I have had both our knees done so know what you are going through. My first one I was back to work in 6-7 weeks but the next one 10 years later took longer.
Just had a friend 80 yrs. young who had one done at 6 weeks he was saying it is never going to get better but a few weeks later he is saying I think this is going to work. Now he out doing tractor work and going for walks , so just give it time.

Hey buddy, take it day by day. Know a lot of folks who have had knees done and they are all doing better. Just takes a while, some more than others. Just get a laptop and start looking for some more 99's, it'll keep ya distracted.

just having fell down and banged my knee,I can sympathize.
20 years ago ,I probably wouldn't have ever noticed.
I was out of work for 2 weeks,no surgery needed.
