Very nice. I’ve arrowed a lot of them with a compound. Doing it with a recurve or stick bow is a whole different level of skill.
Congrats.

Congrats, Bet that was an exciting hunt. I have only killed one with a bow. But it sure is a great way to hunt them.

Real turkey feather fletchings?
True circle of life

Good deal

Those fletchings are commercial, but I do save the wings and grind my own. Those are saved for wood/cane shafts.

Nice bird and nice BW! I saw one of those green ones with quilted maple limbs dyed the same green at ETAR last year. Pretty bow but not quite my thing.

Were you in a blind or in the open?

Very cool!

I was in a blind.

I like the green leaf riser, and the all carbon limbs are just perfect for a blacked out blind.

I use a bow with veneers (semi camo?) and clear glass when covering ground. Usually a longbow of some flavor.

Great job! Beautiful bow. Turkey with a stick bow is next on my list.
