Im visiting my daughter that lives in SLC. She lives near the capitol in town. While sitting in the car waiting for her to get ready I seen a couple Mule deer does in here back yard. I was wondering is there place to hunt near the city ? Can a non rez get a permit? Tried reading the game rules on line and they are kind of confusing.
