Got a updated pic of my new recurve, digging the limb tips....
Thats is gonna be something to look at...You sure you want to hunt it? Maybe just hang it and call it artwork. 😎

Mark it’s gonna be sweet!! Ya I told him I’m gonna lace some shiit with it....
Wow it doe's look like it could go in the Smithsonian Museum, nice work. At first I thought you over did the bling with all the contrasting grain but when I looked at more of it I can see how it really comes together and each part compliments the other elements. I want one.

Thanks. I met him on instagram of all places, he lives about 15 minutes from me, build several bows for himself but never for another person... I hit him up and he said sure!! It’ll be a dandy when complete....
Nice Jud.......I want to see some kill pics posted up!!!
Very nice! Who helped glue this up? I missed part o f the conversation, apparently. Great looking bow. WA, MT and Idaho are all great places to find incredible bowyers doing amazing things whit wood and glass!

I assume Joey, "the bowyer" did....
Man, that's going to be a beauty!
Gonna be a beauty. Can’t wait to see the finished product!
If he hasn't finished it yet you might consider asking him to add a couple quiver bushings and possibly a stabilizer/fishing real bushing. You may never use them but its nice to have the options. You never know. Looks nice BTW.
His bow is a take down.
He can add a quiver to the limb bolts, or go with a GN strap on.
I would advise against any bushings.
FWIW my first Blackwidow in '87 got bushings, as I did not know what I was going to like.
Soon learned I didn't like bushings.
If I ever come across that old bow, I'll buy it back, and yank the bushings, fill and have the riser painted black.
Just to get my old bow back...........that kinda cool.
But it sure as heck aint gonna have bushings if I do.
Bought two metal riser widows guys drilled for quivers. Filled an repainted both of them.
Takedowns................quiver bolts to limb bolts. Clean and no extra holes.
Guess some folks are just addicted to Quikee Quivers.
I aint one of them LOL
Any updates on the fine bow Jud?
No, finish expected around January, peak killin season, can’t wait, will update....
Finish sanding then spray....
Gonna be purty Jud...😎
I'm thinkin Joey is gonna put this one over the top!!!!
Ol buddy of mine makes Doug for arrows, this is what I’ll feed er...
Can’t wait to run one through a critter
Pretty Bow. Be nice to look at while you're waiting for something to shoot.
