I have a place that needs a pop up blind.
Any suggestions on a pop up? I could build a bow box out of plywood, I have enough stuff on that lease already.
Blinds with hubs are the best for bow hunting because they give you more room to draw your bow. I use a Herter's.
I have 4 or 5 ameristep doghouse blinds. They work well for bow or gun. Easy setup.
I have several Double Bull blinds with the horizontal opening across the front of the blind. They have worked well for me.
I have used Double Bull blinds for years. More expensive but worth it. The new Double Bull Surroundview blinds look very cool.
My daughter and I have been using an Ameristep Brickhouse for the last several years and it has worked great for us. Plenty of room for two people and plenty of room to draw a bow. Easy set up and take down.
The Primos blinds all seem to have openings in the roof for bird hunting. Not interested in getting rained on because of a large intentional hole in the roof.
Looking for a decent blind that has a semi rain resistant roof. Any suggestions?
Thanks
There are a number of good ones. One thing to keep in mind is if there are cows in the pasture your hunting they love to eat pop up blinds. Just keep that in mind if you plan to leave them out for any period of time.
I didn’t know that, there are cows on this place. I guess I’ll take a tripod, put it up.

Mohawk is right. Found this in a dead cow. Look closely you can see the tie down straps.
