Ive used it a couple times already this bow season and used it again today.

That looks like it works better than the carrier I have that has wheels and works like a dolly.

Great mods you've done on the Jet Sled. I had never considered buying one until my knee replacement surgery last July. I knew I'd need to find a way to get a deer out, if the "gods of the hunt" were to smile upon me. Only mods I did on mine were the plastic runners and a thicker rope with a length of pvc for a hand grip, backed up with 3" stainless washers to keep the knotted rope from breaking through the plastic sled body. Alas, I never needed it. maybe next season...
