Wow, that sounds really unfair, I didn't know you could get a citation for simply feeding deer before the season. I thought you had to actually hunt the deer, over the bait you'd put out.

Geez how sad is this! Guy is a proven game thief who got busted hunting over bait in a no bait area, a proven liar with an ego big as his gut.

Anything a hunter places out to attract deer to his advantage in seeing and harvesting deer is a bait. End of story. Done deal, the fat lady has sung. Its not debatable. Itโ€™s a self evident truth. Some will want to disagree but they will be wrong. They will want to protest but they will be just as wrong. There is universal knowledge and there is state law. While most states dont consider it baiting That does not mean in the hunting world that it is not completely understood to be a bait.

In Indiana if you have salt or minerals on the ground to attract deer there (for whatever reason) it (the salt/mineral and surrounding dirt) must be removed 10 days prior to season.
If it is discovered you can be accused of baiting even if you werenโ€™t within eyesight of it.
I think there is a 100 yd distance thing to it. - I could be wrong.

Thanks for the compliment but these are wild, free ranging bucks. The bigger of the two was taken on my own land in WI. It was a great season.

That it angers so many here is just icing on the cake. Hahahahaahahahahaha.

Its funny the power I have over so many to loose their mind on my command. grin

Guys like turd buster will be here to whine any minute. I can get him to do whatever I wish as I live rent free between his ears 24/7/365. wink
