Every once in a great while I manage to be lucky enough to land a pretty decent fish on my fly rod. I'm not mad about catching this rainbow at all.

LouisB, there was a pile of people trying to do just that. I keep the photos cropped tight in order to not encourage even bigger hordes of people to show up at this particular lake. It's ridiculous as it is.

Looks like a spring spawn. Beautiful fish, but do throw them back and flesh is not the best in that condition.

They all go back regardless of the condition of the flesh. I can't stand the taste of rainbow trout.
