I’ve reloaded for bolt actions for years. I now added a Model Six to my safe.
Can these handle the same pressures as my bolt .270’s or are they usually loaded a little lighter?

The SAAMI spec for 270 ammo is the same for all 270 ammo and firearms. That said, I wouldn't redline loads the way I would in a bolt gun, as pumps don't have the same extraction force that rotating bolt guns do. Other than watching for sticky extraction, and possibly shorter brass life because of full-length resizing after every shot (pumps don't have the chambering force that bolt guns do, either), I'd recommend loading like you would for any other 270.
I have a Six 06 and 7600 270. I normally stay in the middle of range loads for them. Both rifles will shoot MOA. Congrats on getting the finest pump Remington ever made.
