This will be my first time loading for 6.5CM.

Reloder 16, 140gr Nosler Accubond. What primer would you prefer; Federal 210 or 210M (Match) primers?

They are really the same primer. The match primers are reportedly made by their more experienced folks. I have never seen a difference, and use both.
Do you have both, or neither given you're just getting back into reloading?
Whichever you can get your hands on and don't wait, somebody else may snag em up.

I found 5k of the Rem 9 1/2 Mag primers yesterday and some Tulammo SR primers. Never used either but since I am starting to load for 2 new rifles/cartridges I took the dive.

I can get both, but I don't currently have them. Just getting back into the game. As always, my timing sucks, lol.
Would get whichever you want and ASAP.

I’ve often heard that the 210 and 210M are the same primer but the 210M are made by more experienced workers.
Get both, work up some loads with each type and see what your rifle tells you. My creedmoor's generally like the match primers a hair (small [bleep] hair) bit more. If you can get both, I'd buy a brick of each. Or even 2 bricks of each. If CCI's are available to you, get some BR2's or CCI200's to try too. The nice thing about the creedmoor is its not real picky... You better not be either, or you'll find you won't be able to find them, the next time you look.
I don't know what the difference is between match and regular..but when I was competing in NRA High Power, I weighed about 30 or 40 of each on a plain old powder scale...no statistical difference that I could see...and rapidly lost interest. Now, 210 M's are gooped very lightly with a red tinted lacquer looking finish, but back then (20 yrs?) they were all generously gooped with a bright flat red sealant. Popping them off in a spare action with just a barrel stub screwed in it, in a darkened shop didn't show any marked difference either. I never fired enough rounds of each over the chrono to make a statistical case for uniformity. Finally dawned on me, I couldn't shoot well enough to tell the difference. A benchrester probably could, but not in High Power, at least at my level, low expert.

I couldn’t tell any difference, but I’m not Annie Oakley either.

I'm not the most experienced hand loader here, But I'm willing to bet which Primers to use are about the least thing to worry over.
Federal 210 if you got them,
