What are your preferred powders for these bullet weights in 223/556:

77 grain (Berger OTM)
60 grain (Hornady V-Max)

Loading for 18" White Oak 1/8 and 16" LaRue 1/8 twist barrels.

I currently have these powders that may work for 223:

IMR-8208
H335
IMR-4895
IMR-4166
RL-15
Varget

Varget for the heavier bullets.
AR Comp and done. If you can't find it, then RL15. No I would not use Varget in the little 223 case. I much prefer to drop powder from the powder measure and go. My time is worth something to me. I can load 300 rounds/hr using AR Comp and the uni-flow. If you shoot a lot like I do, that time equates to more time at the range. Most powder measures will not drop Varget consistently enough to produce accurate loads. YMMV though. Another powder that works very well for the heavier bullets is X-terminator. It meters very well and produces accurate loads. The op's 8208 will work well too.
Of the powders you have IMR8208 works very well with the 60gr V-Max
Varget and RL15 work great with your 77gr Berger
