Have good luck with RE-17and 300gr.rn in the 375 Ruger. In my area it is a hit or miss one what is available for powder.

Round these parts, RL17 is as scarce as Big Game!
Got RL22 for the Weatherbys (.257, .270, .300),
got IMR4350 for the .280's,
got 748 for the .223's.

Now, if I just had more Big Game for the .30-06, .257 Roberts, and .375 Ruger, I'd be all set for a long, long time.......
