Not sure about RL-17, but Load data shows the 130 TSX at 3,572 fps with 81 gr. Hunter in the .300 WM. RL-17 is only slightly faster burning than Hunter and I'm sure there's a load out there, I didn't see one.
The only comparison I can give is 120 gr. E-Tips at 3,450 fps out of an 8 twist 26 Nos. That combo is a killing machine. It's hard to tell the difference between terminal performance of that load and 140 NAB/NPT's at 3,300 fps. The Nos will push the 127 LRX nearly 3,600 fps. My next range session will test those at 3,575 fps.
So, up to 400 yds. or so, I'd say it would be a mean load. Would probably mess up a porker's heart like this 180 # sow, hit with the 120 E-Tip at 180 yds. She fell in her tracks.
And, those super fast loads shoot like a laser.
