Thought I'd show off my Sakos. Older AV in the laminate stock and my new unfired late model AV. I'll be swapping a scope over to that to see how accurate it is. It's going to have to be on it's 'A' game.

Nice. The only Sako I have is an left-hand AV in 375 H&H, even though I'm a righty. Nice rifle, even though the previous owner put a brake on it.

Oops wrong forum. Ive asked mods to move to hunting rifles. In the interim, my go to .338 bullets are the 200 gr nosler ballistic tips. The laminate loves fed premium 210 NP's. I've got quite a few variius wt partitions hoarded, so I should be able to find a load for the new gun.

No worries it's a Sako ,an Jackpot she's a 338 , darn tough to beat that , enjoy the journey !!!

Very nice pair of Sako's. Rare to see both with open sights. I've had two L61R's in 338 Mag. Both were good shooters.
