Yes! I made that mistake before. In fact, I tested the code successfully back on the 14th but never placed the order. I’m wondering if it’s a “one time use” code and it registered my test shopping cart as my one time.

You might try clearing your browser's cookies/history if you haven't done that since your dry run with the code.

Figured out why it won’t work. Found the fine print under the bullets. “Special pricing - other discounts do not apply”.

It just worked for me for 100 308 150gr partitions, $34.76 free ship.

It was just the bullets I was buying. The 308 150gr BT’s.

I ran into the same issue. I looked closer and some items are marks as special pricing and promos do not apply. I tested just to see. I removed that item from my cart and it works.

I also tested. If you put a normal item (that is not excluded) you can apply the code. Then you can add the excluded item. You'll still get free shipping and the discount on the normal item, but the 15% won't apply to the excluded item. That's a better way to get free shipping.

That worked. I just added a different bullet and got the free shipping which is really all I was after.
