Curious about CFE 223 powder in a 7br
7br CCI small rifle Magnum primers number 450
162 grain Hornady boat tail Spire point
1 and 8 twist 24-inch Barrel.
Remington brass.
If someone could give me an approximate idea of what CFE 223 would do with that I would surely appreciate it if 162 looks to be too heavy a bullet how about it data on a 139

162 gr hornady BT with COAL set at 2.375"
34.6 gr is max at 57,126 psi and 2,518 fps 98% fill

139 gr BTSP 2.275" COAL
36.8 gr max 2,725 fps, 57,251 psi 101% fill

You're welcome. I think that COAL for the 139 gr may be a typo. I thought they were both the same at 2.375". I may have fat fingered that one. I'm not at my computer now with QL on it so I can't double check right now.

Both will be probably long for my gun but I can drop the powder charge a bit and set them back I just didn't have a clue where to start with the CFE
