What's the best powder to use when pushing 300-350 jacketed and mono bullets to near max and max?

IMR3031 or IMR4198...
I'll second IMR4198, and H322 should be seriously considered

VVN133 for my needs. In my Marlins...
I have had great luck with H335, but not sure if it is recommended for those weights.
Bullseye. You use less powder getting to “max” pressure.

Seriously, the OP really didn’t supply enough information for us to help him meet his needs, not ours. What rifle is he loading for? T/C Contender? Encore? NEF? Winchester? Springfield? Marlin? Sharps? Mauser? Ruger?

And what does he mean by “best”? Most economical? Highest accuracy? Highest velocity? Heaviest recoil? Most popular?
I would recommend IMR 3031.
Ruger #1. Best meaning wat will get me to max with less fill.

AA 1680 is pretty dense and you can put more grains into a given space. I've had good luck in the 450 Marlin with 300 and 325's
I'm getting 1.3 MOA and 2190 fps with 325 gr FTX's and H322. Gun is a Browning 1886 rifle and a Providence Pattern 21 peep

+1 with 3031 being slightly more accurate for me across the board in the several 45-70's I load for.
