Redding T7. I have owned one since they were first released. Zero complaints.
I just recently switch to the Forster Co-Ax which is another option.
I have the T7 with several turret heads. I prime in a separate step off press. The Lyman may be a little more open because their primer is removable. I have measured the run out on rounds at less than my other single stage presses. I think the Lyman would be ok.
I got a used Lyman at a good price a few years ago and very much enjoy it.
If I was going brand new... I'd probably go with the T7. It's impressive.

I have used both. First was the Lyman, and now use the Redding T7. I would advise you to get the T7.
I've never used the Lyman. I upgraded from a Lee Classic Cast to the Redding T7. Love it and not looking back.
