Bought a can of this powder, and have been wondering how it work in the 243, but can find no data. Anyone used it in the 243?
With 100 gr start at 40 GR. You should top out about 44 or so

Thanks.....any idea on lighter weight bullets?
Wha6 weight. For 85 gr I would start at 42 or so
I went on Hodgdon site to look at Stabll as I also have a 243 Win. I see they have data for the 6 Dasher/Creedmoor and 6.5 Creedmoor /47mm but nothing for the 243 Win even those there is about 20,000 time more 243 W than all of the other put together. I guess the 243 is not as MACHO as the others. So much for Hodgdons marketing again.

Would be curious how you like it. Hodgdon appears to have published load data for it for every popular cartridge from .223 to .375H&H... Except the .243... THE fastest load, or ONE of the fastest loads for every cartridge where Hodgdon has published data. Seems to be close to RL26 for 130gr bullets in the .270...
