I have some Sierra #1380 69grain HPBT .224 that I would like to load for my .223 REM. Using Accurate LT-30 . Does anybody have data for this bullet and powder?

Accurate's load data:

Should work as a general guideline.

IMO, LT-30 is a bit too fast burning for heavier bullets. You may get accuracy---you'll never know until you try, but you'll leave a "lot" of velocity on the table. I'd save the LT-30 for lighter bullets.

I have already checked this data and they didn’t list anything for this bullet weight. Will take your advice and save LT-30 for lighter bullets. Thanks

There's data for the Hornady 68-Grain BTHP. I won't advocate using LT-30 with heavy bullets in .223, but when bullets are similar in construction, profile, and weight then data can be substituted---with the usual caveat that as a handloader you are on your own and are solely responsible for your own safety.

I use neither of these two bullets, but I'd be very surprised to see pressure measurements done by a single ballistics lab vary by any significant amount when the two are interchanged, with all else being constant.
