You can find them in stock if you look for them. I personally just can't see why anyone would buy them.
They used to be popular with fur traders/sellers for shooting foxes, coyotes, etc....minimal pelt damage.
I have used them some, they really did not stop coyotes well at all. If you hit bone you could expect some damage also. Worked with head shots. Overall poor bullets for any purpose.
Would they ever work in 6mm AR’s? Nah, nobody ever shoots FMJ bullets in those either.
I loaded them for a friend who used them for fall turkey here in PA.
I*f I am not mistaken, most of the 6mm FMJ and 25 cal FMJs were discontinued by the manufacturers..

if you find some, they would be old stock stuff....

I have used them for target practice only. For that purpose they are nicely accurate over AA2700. I have not shot anything with them. Just paper.
