I’ve run out of 45 Sierra bullets for my anny 22hornet. I’ve found some hornady 45hp “bee” bullets. Anyone ever try these in a magazine fed 22 hornet? Just wandering if they will load to a short enough OAL to work. Any input of their performance on varmints also appreciated. Thx. Ben

I would think that you can load them at a length that will work. The Speer 45 gr soft point spitzers will work if you can find them.

Isn't that what the Hornady Bee bullets are designed for?

I've used a couple hundred of the "bee' bullets. It was a long time ago, but I recall that they fed well in my Anschutz rifles magazine and shot accurately enough.

I shot the in my Browning Hornet. They worked fine.

I use Sierra 40 hp ( 1385 product number) in my magazine hornets. Have shot several coyotes with it. Worked well.
