I used older Speer data for H4350 (42.5 to 46.5 grains, Speer 13). Excellent accuracy for me at 45.6 grains, Fed 210 primer, 3320 fps (24 inch barrel).
from an old IMR brown sheet load data.... but 42.5 grains of IMR 4064, is about the fastest and most accurate load with a 75 grain bullet from ANY of the majors that I have found....at high speed, I question what it will do to the hide... if it will just pass thru real quick due to velocity... or hit bone and make it look like you hit the coyote with an RPG.
my 243s shoot a lot of 75 grain HP bullets... and then the Speer 70 grain TNTs also...
and those loads are certainly faster that 3320 fps... even out of a 22 inch barrel....like 3650 fps for the 70 gr TNTs...
Excellent, I have pretty much all the powders mentioned, and a whole bunch of 4064.
Seafire, any reduced loads for this?
just logged on... good timing...
what are you looking for Chester? I do a lot of reduced load stuff also...
Let me know what you are looking for, and I can set you up with a formula or data....
I'd really like a load would serve the dual purpose of fire forming brass, and zapping prairie dogs. I've got most of the powders you've mentioned for reduced loads.
